Editing Package - Meridian Pursuit

EDITING SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between Audrey In Focus and Meridian Pursuit for the following editing services.

1. Scope of Work
Contractor will edit nine (9) vertical (9:16) videos from footage provided by MP, for use in Taylor County's "Don't Come to Taylor County" ad campaign. This is an editing-only engagement. 

2. Fee
Total fee for the scope described above: $1,000.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% ($500) due upfront before editing begins.
• Remaining 50% ($500) due upon delivery of final edited videos.

4. Timeline
Timeline for delivery will be determined based on the scope of footage provided and mutually agreed upon between Contractor and Client once footage is received. 1 month cap on deliverables. 

5. Revisions
Two (2) rounds of revisions per video are included in the fee above. Additional revision rounds beyond that are billed at $50 each, per video.

6. Usage Rights
Client receives full usage rights to all final edited videos for the "Don't Come to Taylor County" campaign and any associated promotional use. Contractor retains the right to use final edited videos for portfolio and self-promotional purposes.

7. Term
This Agreement concludes upon delivery of final videos and receipt of final payment.
