AUDREY IN FOCUS Photography & Videography Services Agreement
PARTIES Audrey Klemp, operating as Audrey In Focus (Videographer), and JP Thomas, Founder of Joy By the Sea (Client), collectively the "Parties."
EVENT DETAILS
Event: Ribbon Cutting Event for Joy By the Sea Date: Wednesday, September 16, 2026 Time: 11:30 A.M. — full-day coverage 4-6 hours or until batteries run out.
Location: 2903 Hill Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida
SCOPE OF SERVICES Photographer will provide on-site photography and videography coverage of the Event and deliver:
- 10 edited, captioned reels, under 1 minute each
- 20 edited photos HDR Composite Photos
- 1 hero shot / hero video for Client's website, 30-45 seconds
This list is the full scope of the engagement.
Additional deliverables beyond those listed require a written addendum and separate fee.
Raw, unedited footage and images are included.
REVISIONS One round of revisions is included per deliverable.
Additional revision rounds are billed at $150 each.
FEE & PAYMENT Total fee is $5,000, due in full to confirm and reserve the shoot date. No date is held until payment is received in full.
DELIVERY TIMELINE Photographer will deliver all final edited materials within 3 weeks of the Event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
USAGE & LICENSING Client receives a license to use all delivered materials for Joy By the Sea's marketing, advertising, and website purposes. Photographer retains the right to use materials from the Event for her own portfolio, website, and social media promotion, with credit to Joy By the Sea where applicable, unless Client requests otherwise in writing.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Payment is non-refundable once the shoot date is confirmed. If Client needs to reschedule, Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date within 90 days, subject to availability, at no additional cost.
WEATHER & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND CONTROL As this is an outdoor, beachfront event, Photographer is not liable for delays or limitations in coverage caused by weather, venue restrictions, or other circumstances outside her reasonable control. Photographer will work with Client in good faith to reschedule or adjust as needed.
LIABILITY Photographer's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fee paid by Client. Photographer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
AGREEMENT By purchasing through this link, both Parties will have agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
