Deliverables:

4K unedited B-roll footage (raw files)

30–45 minutes of flight time per location

Wide establishing shots, facility features, and environmental context

Photography Add-On:

+$200 optional add-on

10–15 edited aerial photographs across all locations

Delivered in web-ready & print-quality formats

Project Rate: $1,200 (flat fee)

Includes one full shoot day (weather permitting), travel, and post-processing

Raw footage delivered within 6–8 business days via Dropbox

Usage Rights:

Full buyout: Lifetime, unlimited usage across all platforms

No attribution required

Rescheduling & Cancellation:

Free reschedule due to weather within 14 days

Cancellations under 24 hours: $150 rebooking fee

Payment Terms:

Full payment due prior to scheduled shoot
