Photographer retains the right to use materials from the Event for her own portfolio, website, and social media promotion, with credit to Joy By the Sea where applicable, unless Client requests otherwise in writing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cpre\u003e\u003ccode\u003e\u003c\/code\u003e\u003c\/pre\u003e\n\u003cpre\u003e\u003ccode\u003e\u003c\/code\u003e\u003c\/pre\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eCANCELLATION \u0026amp; RESCHEDULING Payment is non-refundable once the shoot date is confirmed.
